What is the tournament format?

The tournament will be held in a single-elimination format.

How many games are guaranteed?

Each team is guaranteed 3 games: 2 in pool play to determine bracket rankings and 1 in bracket play.

Where is the tournament being held?

The tournament will take place at the Eastside Sports Complex, located at 14380 Montwood Drive, El Paso, TX 79938.

What is included in the registration fee?

Your registration fee includes participation in the tournament, referee fees, and a complimentary tournament t-shirt and wristband for the weekend.

When do I pay the registration fee?

To secure your team’s spot, a non-refundable $50 deposit is required upon online registration. This deposit will be applied toward the total registration fee. The remaining balance must be paid in cash during in-person registration on Saturday, November 30.

When and where is in-person registration?

In-person registration will be held on Saturday, November 30, a week before the tournament. The exact location will be announced soon, and we’ll send out an email with the details prior to the event.

Who needs to sign the waiver form?

Each team member must have a signed printed copy of the waiver form, which you can download and print here. Please bring the signed forms, player IDs, and the remaining balance of the registration fee with you to the in-person registration on Saturday, November 30.

Will I get a confirmation email?

Upon successful submission of your registration and processing of your payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided on the form.

I already registered, but now I need to make a correction!

If you need to update information on a registration you have already completed, please contact us through the “Contact Us” section of our website. Provide your team name, the email used for registration, and specify the information you would like to update.
